    The East chamber has three specialized training programs in human resources, during the months of November and December of this year, with the aim of providing new insights on the development of human resources. the first program devoted to men (strategic human resources planning), starts (17/11/2013)-(1/12/2013) aims to give participants the knowledge and skills for planning and assessing the need for workforce and develop the skills of preparation and planning and staff training plan, and how to plan and evaluate the negotiation process.
    The program addresses held over two weeks in the main chamber a number of themes, most notably the concept of manpower planning, manpower planning and its importance in supporting the expansion and growth of the enterprise, workforce planning, job turnover rates and methods of calculation, components of the plan, a plan the workforce and human resource requirements, training and planning of training needs, the importance of the concept of training to raise the efficiency of staff, training, process training methods (advantages and disadvantages), the concept of training and implementation, selection and assessment of training environment, Recruitment planning and regulation of the differentiation process control application (required information, its design and its role in screening), the sequence of steps in the selection process, the types of functional tests and mistakes to avoid, human resources planning and the importance of a settlement.
